- A can of sauerkraut, drained
- A cup of shredded red cabbage
- 2 medium size onions, finely diced
- 2 carrots chopped
- A chopped apple
- A red bell peppers chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil and apple cider vinegar
- A teaspoon of mustard
Step by step
- Wash and finely dice all the veggies.
- Mix them with sauerkraut.
- Mix the olive oil, vinegar and a teaspoon of mustard.
- Massage the salad with the vinaigrette.
- Let it cool on the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
