Sauerkraut Salad


  • A can of sauerkraut, drained
  • A cup of shredded red cabbage
  • 2 medium size onions, finely diced
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • A chopped apple
  • A red bell peppers chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil and apple cider vinegar
  • A teaspoon of mustard

Step by step

  1. Wash and finely dice all the veggies.
  2. Mix them with sauerkraut.
  3. Mix the olive oil, vinegar and a teaspoon of mustard.
  4. Massage the salad with the vinaigrette.
  5. Let it cool on the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
